THE QUAD CAMPUS

The Quad project was a design-build collaboration for a Silicon Valley Tech Company. Designed by world renowned Gensler and delivered by Devcon Construction, the project consists of 7 buildings totaling over 300,000 square feet of an existing commercial office complex owned by a well known local developer. The project was designed, permitted, and built in just over 1 year from start to finish. It consists of tenant improvements of the existing buildings and a complete refresh of all of the existing surrounding campus. Upon completion of the main project, a second project was undertaken to add a whole new swimming pool complex for the exclusive use of employees.

The project has been a well received and well utilized regional campus for tech company in its 12 years of existence.
