The Channing Avenue residence was one of my first residential projects in Palo Alto. Completed while employed at CAW Architects, also in Palo Alto, the project was completed for a small local private residential developer. The home sits on prestigious Channing Avenue near downtown Palo Alto, is on the local historic register, and also is in the FEMA flood zone. The project consisted of complete restoration of the main existing home that had fallen into disrepair and an entire new addition, construction of a new detached garage and all new landscaping.

The developer was able to sell the renovated property at a substantial profit despite the up-front costs that were required to complete the project.
